The day starts with a quick group status meet with the mentor, wherein they discuss the status of the project, certain difficulties they might have faced during their task performance. Then a new task and a self-learning topic are set for the day.
|2. REAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Nacreans work on the allocated task. Each team works on a module of a real business problem captured from SME's.
|3. TEAM EXPECTATIONS
A discussion is held by the mentor, on the status of the task and expectations from the team.
|4. WEEKLY PRESENTATION
Nacreans have a group discussion within their teams. Then they do some self-learning and prepare for their weekly presentation.
|5. EMAIL ESTIMATES
They Email the estimates and request further information or resources required for the project.
|6. THE FINAL STAGE
In the final stage of transfiguration, after a period of two months of mentoring and project developments, Nacreans undergo frequent Technical and HR mock interviews, conducted by industry experts from MNCs. This enhances their skills and prepares them for deployment to organisations.
